When is the free lab panel available?
After 90 days on the full-time plan. It covers a CBC and CMP through Quest Diagnostics.
Does the employer see health information?
No. The program follows HIPAA, and the employer only gets general participation data, not personal health records.
Is there a cost to use the perks?
